Photo Essay: Pigeon Point Beach, Tobago

Since coming back from Trinidad and Tobago earlier this spring, I’ve uncovered a deeper sense of appreciation for the subtle differences of the Caribbean isles. For example, even between the two islands belonging to the same flag, cultural differences run deep and noticeably so. The best location to showcase Tobago’s  ‘island’ feel  (contrasting with the hum of activity found on Trinidad’s northern coast) is Pigeon Point Beach – quite possibly one of the most striking beaches I have and may ever be fortunate enough to visit. I’ll give you the chance to judge its level of scenic beauty for yourself but the statement is hard to argue against.
